Orange-tarragon Carrots 1 lb Carrots; peeled sliced 1/2" coins
1/3 c Orange juice;
2 tb Honey;
1 ts Butter =OR= 1 ts Margarine;
1/2 ts Dried tarragon;
1/4 ts Salt;
ds Pepper
