Beans 1 lb Beans; cooked
1/2 Onion; diced
1 tb Vegetable oil
2 cl Garlic; crushed
Lemon pepper
1 c Brown rice; cooked
1 cn Mushrooms
2 c Vegetable stock
3 tb Lemon juice
Saute onions in oil until clear with garlic, add mushrooms (undrained), broth, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and rice to beans. Cook over low heat for about 1/2 hour.
