Buttermilk Mustard Dressing 1/2 c Buttermilk
1 Green onion
1/4 c Plain low-fat yogurt
2 ts Lemon zest; grated
2 ts Dijon-style mustard
2 ts Orange zest; grated
1 1/2 tb Cucumber; peeled and seeded
ds White pepper
Grated
Blend all ingedients together and chill before serving. Makes about 3/4 cup. 12 servings
