Peanut Butter/bran Muffins

1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 c Bran
2 ts Baking Powder
1 tb Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 c Peanut Butter
1/2 c Lowfat Milk
1/3 c Peanuts, chopped

Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.

Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.

Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 8
