Tortilla Ranch Style

1 c Assorted vegetables; Thinly Shredded (carrots, celery, Zucchini, green onions, Spinch, and/or sweet red Peppers)
1 lg Flour torilla;
2 tb Reduced-cal ranch dressing;
1 oz Swiss cheese;
1 oz Turkey; sliced;

Layer vegetables on tortilla. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables. Add Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave brifly.
