Incredible Shredibles 1/4 c Miracle whip salad dressing*
1/2 c Fresh carrot; shredded
1/2 c Celery;
1/2 c Zucchini;
1/4 c Radishes; shredded
2 Pita breads; halved
4 sl Process cheese;* cut in half
*Low-fat cheese and low-fat salad dressing. Make it work.
Mix salad dressing and vegetables. Fill pita halves with vegetable mixture and cheese slices. Makes 4 halved pitas.
