Sweet and Sour Beets 2 ts Cornstarch;
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Distilled white vinger;
12 oz (1 can) beets; drained
2 Packets of sweet 'N Low;
In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch with water and vinger. Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Add beets and Sweet 'N Low. Let stand for 30 minutes. Just before serving, reheat until hot. Serving size: (1/3 cup)
