Shrimp Curry 1 ts Margarine
1 sm Onion; chopped
1/4 c Bell pepper; chopped
1 cl Garlic; minced
3/4 ts Curry powder; or to taste
1/4 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/2 c Yogurt
3/4 lb Shrimp; cooked and peeled
In a non-stick saucepan, melt the margarine. Add and saute the onion, green pepper, garlic, and spices over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add yogurt and shrimp. cover and cook over low heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice
