Jicama Salad 1 md Jicama; peeled sliced (Jicamas are similar to to big chestnuts)
1/4 c Cilantro; chopped
1 lg Carrot; grated
1/4 c Water;
1/4 c Vinegar;
2 cl Garlic; crushed
1/4 ts Black pepper;
1/4 ts Salt;
In a plastic or glass bowl, mix all ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
