Breakfast Drinks Fruit Shake:
1/2 c Non-fat milk (liquid)
2 tb Instant non-fat milk powder
2 Ripe bananas, pears or peaches
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Apple juice concentrate
Yogurt Shake:
1 c Plain low or non-fat yogurt
3/4 c Fresh or frozen fruit
1 tb Fruit juice concentrate
Tomato-Yogurt Shake:
1 c Plain low or non-fat yogurt
1 c Tomato juice
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Grated fresh ginger
Tropical Refresher:
1 cn (8 oz) unsweetened pineapple drained
1 c Plain low or non-fat yogurt
1 Banana
Orange Milk Shake #1
1 c Orange juice
1/4 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 c Instant non-fat dry milk
1 c Water
Orange Milk Shake #2
1 c Orange juice
1 c Non-fat milk
1 ts Vanilla extract
