Quick Seafood Newberg 1 cn Cream of shrimp soup -10 oz.
2 tb Sherry OR 1 tb. sherry and 1 tb. milk
8 oz Shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops or a combination of the shellfish
4 sl Toast OR 4 popovers
Heat undiluted soup isn saucepan with sherry. Add shellfish. Heat until hot and bubbly. Serve on toast or in popovers. Makes 4 servings.
