Corn Bread Stuffing 1 Recipe Corn Bread, crumbled
1 c Celery, chopped
1 sm Onion, chopped
1 Egg
1/2 ts Dried Sage
1/2 ts Black Pepper, ground
1 ts Dried Thyme
1 tb Dried Parsley Flakes
1/2 ts Celery Seeds
1/2 c Chicken -or- Turkey Broth -or- Water
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stuff into an 8- to 10-pound turkey. Or use to stuff two 3-pound chickens.
