Orange Cream Shake 3/4 c Pineapple-orange juice;
2 tb Instant non-fat dry milk;
Sugar substitute equivalent 1 tb sugar
1/2 ts Orange extract;
1 c Ice; crushed
1/4 c Frozen whipped topping; thawed
In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend until all slush consistency. Serve immediately. 2 (1 cup) servings.
