Lemon Frosting

4 ts Butter
1 tb Lemon juice
1/3 c Non-fat dry milk
Artificial sweetener to = 1 tbsp. sugar for tart icing, more if desired.

Melt butter. Add juice, dry milk powder and sweetner. Mix thoroughly and spread. Serves 4.
