Spa-sensational Tuna 1 cn White albacore;
3 tb Nonfat yogurt;
1/4 c Cucumber; chopped
2 tb White onion; finely chopped
1 tb Celery; finely chopped
1 ts Dijon mustard;
1 ts Tarragon; finely chopped
1/2 ts Lemon juice; fresh
1 ts Low-sodium soy sauce;
Whole wheat pita bread;
1 Tomato; thinly sliced
Radish sprouts;
Fill to halved pita breads with tomato, radish sprouts and the tuna mixture.
