Creamy Tofu Dressing 1 c Firm tofu; (bean curd) sliced
1 lg Garlic clove; minced
2 tb Low-sodium soy sauce;
1 Lemon; juice with plup
1/4 ts Dried leaf oregano;
1/4 ts Dried leaf marjoram;
3 tb Balsamic vinegar;
3 Green onions; chopped
1/4 c Water; about
Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistencey. Process until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
