Green Beans With Mushrooms 2 lb Green beans, fresh; 1" pieces
3 c Water, salted; boiling
1 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
3 oz Mushrooms, sliced canned
1/2 c Butter; melted
Place beans in saucepan containing boiling walted water. Add salt and sugare. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes; drain. Saute mushrooms in butter and add to beans.
